Shahal Khoso, student of the PhD Program in Political and Social Sciences, has been awarded the second international award of the year for the first article of his doctoral dissertation Postcolonial Federalism: Tracing Colonial-State Formation in the Global South 

The Ronald L. Watts Young Researcher Award 2023 has been awarded by the International Association of Centers for Federal Studies (IACFS), which brings together 33 federalism research centers from around the world.
