Purpose of the call

This funding is to facilitate the internationalization of the PhD Programme and for students to publish and disseminate their research in journals.

Requirements

Students may apply for an EBES Editing grant when the editorial board of an academic journal requests a proofreading service for one of their doctoral thesis papers for publication.

How much funding?

A maximum of €600

This grant must be previously authorised by the programme's Academic Committee. See here the next dates of the CA meetings.  

How to apply for reimbursement

Complete the application form and submit it to Ana Salas ([email protected])

The Department will only reimburse the student after the presentation of an invoice. Preferably the invoice has to be with the fiscal details of the UPF:
