Beth Noveck is a leading scholar and practitioner working at the intersection of technology, democracy, and public policy. She previously served as US Deputy Chief Technology Officer under President Obama. In this lecture, she will reflect on how digital innovation, collective intelligence, and new forms of participation are reshaping public decision-making and democratic governance.

Given the relevance of these questions for our field, I would especially encourage colleagues and MA students in politics and public policy to attend. The session will also include time for discussion.
