Students wishing to undertake a research stay as part of their thesis development must submit a request to the Academic Committee including the following documents:

  • A letter describing the academic reasons for the research stay.

  • The acceptance letter of the host school or institution.

  • A support letter from the thesis supervisor.

  • Optional: application for EBES grant. Both the application for the resarch stay and the EBES grant may be sent at the same time.
