As a member of the Horizon Europe Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Doctoral Network (MSCA-DN) “LAC-EU – Understanding Latin American Challenges in the 21st Century”, Natalia Escoffier is a PhD candidate in the Political and Social Sciences program at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, under the supervision of Andrea C. Bianculli. Her fellowship is hosted by the Institut Barcelona d'Estudis Internacionals (IBEI). Her research focuses on the shaping process of a regional gender-sensitive care agenda in Latin America and the Caribbean through multilevel governance frameworks. Natalia holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has a Master's degree in Social Policy Design and Management from FLACSO Argentina, a specialization diploma in Politics, Evaluation, and Social Management from the same institution, and a Master's degree in Gender Studies, Identities, and Citizenship from the University of Cádiz, Spain, pursued with the support of a Fundación Carolina fellowship.
