Initial Training
Welcome to the Initial Training in University Teaching (FIDU) programme for UPF teaching staff, an initiative designed to provide you with support and guidance after joining the university, as well as boost your teaching career. The aim of the programme is to train you to plan your teaching, develop innovative teaching and assessment methodologies and facilitate their practical integration into the classroom.
This programme, which is free of charge, targets all teachers, especially junior lecturers, in order to meet the requirements of Article 78 of the LOSU. At the end of your training, you will be awarded a microcredential. It is essential to have teaching duties assigned for the current or the next academic year.
