Functions
The Technical, Management and Administrative Staff Service is entrusted:
- To plan, order and implement the administration, selection, hiring, promotion and mobility of technical, management and administrative and service staff (PTGAS).
- To provide advice and support to bodies governing personnel-related matters.
- To prepare reports, exploit and analyse data to support decision-making.
- To study and apply the regulations on public service and employment that affect technical, management and administrative and service staff.
- To provide support in the field of labour relations and participate in collective bargaining by technical, management and administrative and service staff.
- To prepare the proposed budget expenditure for technical, management and administrative and service staff.
