Functions
The role of the Unit for Promotion and Advice on Participation in Research Projects (Pre-Award) is to:

Stimulate participation by PDI in the research programmes of the different administrations and entities.

Identify and advise PDI on funding opportunities and guide them regarding the best strategy for participation in these programmes.

Participate actively in the preparation of proposals, especially those involving UPF leadership.

Coordinate the processes linked to calls for applications for the incorporation of research staff.

Participate in drawing up proposals for the funding of institutional projects.

Maintain the database of calls and proposals.
