Functions
The role of the Science Policy Support Unit is to:
- Develop and implement the research policies promoted by the vice-rector for the field.
- Coordinate UPF research support programmes.
- Manage the research bodies and the processes for PDI to join external entities.
- Promote and coordinate strategies for the recruitment of talent and the incorporation of research staff.
- Promote and participate in institutional projects.
- Monitor and propose improvements in applications to support research and transfer.
- Draft the research report.
- Draw up research and transfer reports, data and indicators.
- Disseminate calls and related information internally, and coordinate the management processes linked to the Research Committee.
