Functions

The Teaching and Research Staff Service is entrusted:

• To plan, order and implement the administration, selection, promotion and recruitment of such staff.
• To provide advice and support to bodies governing matters relating to teaching and research personnel.
• To prepare reports, exploit and analyse data to support decision-making.
• To study and apply the regulations on public service and employment that affect teaching and research staff.
• To provide support in the field of labour relations and participate in collective bargaining by teaching and research staff.
• To prepare the proposed expenditure for teaching and research staff.

The Teaching and Research Staff (PDI) Service is structured into:

• Teaching and Research Staff Administration Section
