Functions
The Organization and Processes Section is entrusted:
- To carry out and implement organizational and structural design and analysis studies in order optimize and streamline the University’s management areas and administrative units
- To support the processes to improve the administrative units and prepare the catalogues and service charters of the units
- To streamline the management processes while promoting administrative simplification
- To prepare the descriptions, valuations and classification of work posts, as well as to analyse the size of the units
- To foment and coordinate the definition of management indicators and strategic indicators of the management processes and all others that are entrusted to it within the scope of its powers.
