Functions
The Organization and Development Service is entrusted:
- To conduct and implement organizational and structural design studies in order to optimize and streamline the University's management areas and administrative units.
- To streamline management processes and schematize them, promote administrative simplification.
- To promote the quality of management by preparing catalogues and charters of the units’ services.
- To prepare the descriptions, valuations and classification of work posts as well as analyse the size of the units.
- To promote and coordinate the definition of management indicators and strategic indicators of management processes.
- To plan, organize and implement the professional development and training of technical, management and administrative and service staff.
