The role of the Economic Management Unit for Research and Transfer is to:

Draw up and monitor the budget of the Area.
Coordinate the processes linked to the economic management of research and knowledge transfer grants.
Prepare the economic justifications for institutional research and transfer funding programmes.
Carry out the accounting management linked to research, transfer and/or institutional grants.
Liaise with the different units involved in order to coordinate the processes linked to the economic management of grants.
Coordinate and implement the economic justifications, audits and requirements of research and transfer grants and grants for the incorporation of research personnel.
Maintain and improve research management and economic management applications, and advise the different managers and users who interact in these processes.
