GDPR Clauses

Google Forms add-on that facilitates the incorporation of the informative clauses on the processing of personal data into UPF forms.

• This add-on can only be used by members of the UPF community and in the preparation of forms for the collection of personal data processed by the University.

• The use of the add-on is expressly prohibited:
  • In data collection forms for processing outside the responsibility of the University.
  • In activities beyond the employment, academic or research relationship between the member of the community using the add-on and the University.
  • For the provision of services to third parties.
