You will select your first-year subjects at a tutorial in the second week of September.
Each bachelor's degree programme's most representative subjects, which will let you get a taste of the corresponding discipline. They will be introductory or basic subjects that need to be studied before taking others.
With your academic tutor's help, you will select subjects in such a way as to ensure that you will have sufficient time to travel between campuses.
The best transport options for getting from one campus to another are the TRAM network and the Bicing bicycle sharing system. There is a ten-minute TRAM ride between the Poblenou and the Ciutadella Campuses, and a six to seven-minute walk between the Ciutadella and the Mar Campuses.

You will be able to apply for admission to any of the bachelor's degree programmes from which you took subjects in your first year, as long as the admission mark with which you originally earned a place at UPF matches or exceeds the minimum admission mark you would have required for a place on your chosen programme in the year in which you began your Open Bachelor's Degree studies.

Example: in the academic year 2015-2016, you obtain a place on the Open Bachelor's Degree programme with an admission mark of 7.748. In the same year, the admission mark you would need for a place on the bachelor's degree programme in Political and Administration Sciences is set at 7.254 at the end of the university entrance application process. If you decide to apply for admission to the Political and Administration Sciences programme in the academic year 2016-2017, you will be guaranteed a place on the course as your Open Bachelor's Degree admission mark is higher than the minimum you would have required in 2015-2016. If your Open Bachelor's Degree admission mark had been 7.025, however, you would not have the option of going on to study for a bachelor's degree in Political and Administration Sciences.

That is not an option in the first year of the programme, which you will spend getting a taste of different fields of knowledge with a view to selecting a bachelor's degree to study for in your second year.
Yes. Once you have enrolled on your chosen bachelor's degree programme, if you meet the relevant admission requirements and obtain a place on a second bachelor's degree programme, you will be able to study for both at once. You will also be able to request subject recognition, if applicable, to take you further towards graduation.
Durant el tercer trimestre del curs que accedeixes a Grau Obert mitjançant la convocatòria d'admissió a la qual tindrás accés.
Quan es resolgui favorablement la teva plaça al nou grau, obtinguis el resultat de la correspondència entre assignatures cursades i el grau de destí, i planifiquis les assignatures del curs següent, et matricularàs en el termini de matrícula d'altres cursos (diferent al de nou ingrés). Has de consultar la web de matrícula, apartat Altres cursos (cada any s'actualitza la informació a finals de juny)

Les assignatures que corresponen al grau de destí, s'incorporen al nou estudi des de la Secretaria de Grau Obert abans que facis la matrícula.

Les assignatures cursades d'estudis diferents al de destí, pots sol·licitar incorporar-les com a crèdits optatius durant el temps que cursis el nou grau. Per demanar-ho, enviar un correu a [email protected]. Et recomanem que primer consultis com s'organitza l'optativitat al pla d'estudis del grau per comprovar quants crèdits és recomanable incorporar.

Aquestes assignatures són una formació complementària, una tria personalitzada i diferenciada del grau de destí que pot formar part d'un mínor, un títol propi de la UPF.

Si vols fer un mínor de Grau Obert perquè ja has cursat assignatures que s'hi poden incloure, primer has d'enviar un correu a [email protected] per obrir-lo i després, matricular-hi assignatures

Si vols fer un minor UPF, cal que consultis l'apartat Inscripció de la web de mínors.

La convocatòria per sol·licitar plaça de mobilitat internacional s'acostuma a publicar durant el primer trimestre del curs acadèmic. Consulta la informació a l'apartat Estudiar a l'Estranger de la web Estudiar Fora.

Un estudiant que ja està al grau de destí, pot tenir incorporats al nou expedient acadèmic un nombre de crèdits inferior al que estableixi la convocatòria de mobilitat.
