CÍCLIKS: training for PhD students

CÍCLIKS is a publicly-funded training programme for doctoral students at UPF with the aim of promoting professional research and development.
This set of cross-disciplinary training activities is aimed at students from any doctoral program. It runs in parallel with the development of the doctoral thesis, while also aiming to motivate and inspire students in their teaching roles.

The programme is dedicated to the design and implementation of a training programme which creates a meeting point for doctoral students from all scientific areas within UPF, thereby opening up the way for future interdisciplinary interactions and promoting networking.

In addition, aims to facilitate the acquisition of skills in the following areas:

• Professional career development.
• Written and oral dissemination of scientific research, from its publication and dissemination in specialised media to sharing information among the general public.
• Digital skills.
• Skills transfer between scientific, educational and social disciplines.
