Last 21st. March, the Jean Monnet Chair in EU Governance, Javier Arregui, was invited to deliver a seminar at the Political and Social Sciences Faculty (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona), organized by the Jean Monnet Chair in European Policies. 

The seminar presented a paper on how well the sub-national actors impement the European Union legislations and to which extent they fail to comply with implementations and their causes.
