Functions

The role of the Logistics Unit includes:

• Establishing the procedures and coordinating the actions of the Library in terms of donations and loans.
• Setting the guidelines for managing bibliographic resources and coordinating the actions resulting therefrom.
• Establishing the procedures, coordinating actions and monitoring the Library facilities, fittings and equipment.
• Establishing the procedures and coordinating the provision of the loan and circulation service and managing the processes for obtaining documents from other libraries.
• Any others that may be assigned to it.
