Google Forms AddOn that helps incorporating informative clauses on the processing of personal data into UPF forms

Many people use Google Forms to create data collection forms that are then used in teaching, research or management processes at the University.

When these forms collect personal data (data of identified or identifiable persons) regulations require the inclusion of a explanatory footer with the conditions under which this data will be processed.

To facilitate the inclusion of this informative footnote, an add-on was created. This add-on automatically generates the foonote upon on the information provided by the user.

 

This AddOn works in Google Forms managed by domain 'upf.edu' accounts only !!!
