IMPORTANT: The submitted documents should be preferably whose authenticity and integrity can be verified by digital means (Secure code verification, QR, etc.).
  • Spanish ID document (DNI), passport or foreigner ID document (NIE)
  • Academic transcript of the studies that enable you to access to the Master’s or PhD Program in which you have been admitted
  • Diploma or certification of having completed the studies that enable you to access to the Master’s or PhD Program in which you have been admitted
  • Authenticity declaration of the submitted documents
  • Direct debit mandate (SEPA) only in case your enrolment fees are paid by direct debit.

You must submit this documentation through the Online Office before enrollment:

  • Master: until September 8, 2023
  • PhD: until September 22, 2023

Documents certifying discounts or scholarships:

  • Discounts, scholarships and grants.
  • Supporting documentation of residence for foreign students who are not nationals of member states of the European Union or of states in which the Community regime applies (master students only).
  • Homologation document of a degree (from outside the European Union in the case of master's dregrees, and from outside the Spainsh State for PhD's degrees).
To enroll as a scholarship recipient, you must download and submit the conditional master/doctorate scholarship recipient form. Students awarded the Ministry's General Scholarship DO NO HAVE to submit the conditional scholarship recipient form.

You must submit this documentation before enrollment. Contact the secretary's office of your màster's or doctoral program to arrange the method of delivery.
