Documents supporting the status of victim of gender-based violence within the couple:
a) Conviction for a crime of gender violence.
b) Protection order or other court order that establishes an injunction in favour of the victim.
c) Report by the Public Prosecutor demonstrating that the applicant is a victim of gender violence.
d) Report or certificate certifying that the applicant is being attended to as a victim of gender violence, issued by any of the following services:
—Social Services.
—The Actions to Combat Domestic and Gender-based Violence Unit of the Directorate General of Families of the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Families.
—Specialized Intervention Services (SIE).
— Information and Assistance Services for Women (SIAD).
—Crime Victim Support Office.
—Public shelter.
—Entity subsidized by a specific public authority for support for women victims of gender violence.
—Report by the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate.
Document validity:
a) In the event of a conviction for a crime of gender violence:
—If the final sentence is less than 2 years, said status will remain for 2 years.
—If the final sentence is between 2 and 4 years, said status will remain for 4 years.
—If the final sentence is more than 4 years, said status will remain throughout the duration of the sentence.
b) In the case of a protection order, injunction or report by the Public Prosecutor, the status will remain for at least one year or the duration of the injunction if greater.
c) The certificate or report issued by the victim support services will be valid during the calendar year of issue.
For the purposes of accrediting the relationship of dependency of children of victims of gender violence within the couple, the following documents must be submitted:
a) Family Book, in the case of children up to 21 years of age.
b) A certificate of cohabitation of the family unit in the case of children over 21 years of age.
Once the academic year is under way, we will tell you how to submit the original and photocopy of the supporting document.

Document supporting the status of victim of sexist violence outside the couple:
Accreditation issued by AGAUR to women students who are victims of sexist violence outside the couple.
The accreditation is valid for the 2023-2024 academic year.
