In Residence
In Residence is an incubation programme intended for any current or former undergraduate, postgraduate or doctoral student or any other UPF affiliate looking to promote cultural production at the University. The programme was created with the intention of fostering the exchange of experiences between members of the university community and the cultural and social industries through projects with practical applications linked to cultural, social and artistic innovation.
The individuals are invited to undertake a 10-and-a-half-month residency at the UPF (which may be extended an additional 10 and a half months), during which time they may make use of all the services and resources necessary to develop their talent in conjunction with the university community. Ultimately, In Residence helps generate opportunities for reciprocal knowledge between creators, teaching and research staff and students through, among other initiatives, collaboration with current research lines or projects or on master’s or doctoral projects at the UPF.
