Mentors
In addition to specialised training, the residents will also receive support and counselling; ad hoc mentoring, which will help guide the residents during their time at the University; and sessions in which they may share experiences with and receive feedback from experts or people involved in similar projects. The residents will also receive information on calls for proposals, events, etc. related to their area of interest.
Seeing as the Tallers area is a meeting point for exchanging experiences and networking, developed in a bid to put the university community and residents into contact both with each other and society at large, inspirational talks will be organised each semester in informal settings to promote networking among residents, the UPF community and the socioeconomic sector.
