The Department of Communication of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra - Barcelona and the Faculty of Humanities of the Universidad de Oriente of Santiago de Cuba organized the TRANSGANG Project Seminar in Santiago de Cuba on March 30, 2018.

The project was presented by the principal investigator of the project, Carles Feixa, and by the scientific coordinator, José Sánchez. The Conference of Ligia Pulles La Vielle on on-going research in the field of youth street organizations took place in the seminar. And a round table on 'Cuban youth' in which participated Ligia Pulles La Vielle, Maribel Brull González and Carles Feixa was held. José Sánchez moderated the round table.

The meeting was useful to establish collaboration links between the TRANSGANG project and the research projects of the Universidad de Oriente in Santiago de Cuba.
