The activity was dedicated to discussing the origins and implication of the Horizon Programme, understood as a common European Research & Innovation policy area. Other essential concepts such as the strategy for a European Research Area and the Innovation Scoreboard of the EC were also treated while trying to reconstruct the current EU policy framework.
