The Cycle of Seminars are open-ended periodical workshops where we will have one invited speaker and one discussant. The topics will cover current news and developments of the EU from different perspectives (i.e. Labour mobility; Human rights; Financial and Banking Union, etc.). Altogether, they are aimed at increasing the visibility of the day-by-day EU affairs by providing students and civil society with the opportunity to be informed and to engage in EU debates.
Postponed Seminars (2019-2020, due to COVID-19)
- “Human Rights and the EU: the need for a better coupling”; Guest Speaker: Francisco Fonseca (Deputy Director-General – EC Directorate-General Justice and Consumers)
