With the aim of making the research carried out at the University more visible and accessible, UPF has created an  online directory of experts that includes the knowledge and scientific output of its lecturers and researchers. Using a simple search tool, with queries available in Catalan, Spanish and English, you can find out their expertise and lines of research as well as their contact details.

As a novelty, the personal files, linked to the Scientific Output Portal (PPC), contains a comprehensive list of publications by the researcher, research grants obtained and other relevant data such as awards received, stays abroad or patents in which s/he has participated.

The directory of experts is the most relevant item in UPF's new web space for journalists. In addition to the news, interviews and published reports, it offers a number of new services to enhance the University's relationship with its environment.

Among the new spaces you will find the UPF publications guide, a directory that lists and sorts periodicals of any kind that are produced at the University, or the subscription to newsletters space, which facilitates access to the different channels of electronic information that are published by various groups:  L'Hora del Pati (Breaktime), for secondary school students;  UPF Alumni, for former students of the University, and Actualitat UPF (UPF Today), aimed at the public in general.
