Apply and documentation

Documentation that all students must present:

1. Application form for Credit recognition. The estimated price for the application for credit recongition is included in the enrolment fee. This application must be submitted at the time of registration for admission and will only be taken into consideration for those candidates who overcome phase 1 of the process. Detail of the subjects from the origin studies for which recognition or comvalidation is being requested, with an indication of the concrete correspondence with the subjects from the destination studies. 

Students who have studied outside must also attach the following documents:

2. National identity card or passport.
3. Academic transcript showing the subjects taken in the studies of origin, the number of credits, the grade obtained and the transcript average. The academic transcript must be duly stamped or digitally signed by the corresponding center.
4. Syllabus studied, must be duly stamped or digitally signed by the corresponding center
5. Academic plan or the programme of the undertaken subjects which includes the knowledge field which they belong to, must  be duly stamped or digitally signed by the corresponding center.
6. Certificate providing admission to university only for students from official courses in Spain.

Students who have studied abroad must also attach the following documents: 

7. Document certifying fulfilment of the admission requirements. This document is essential for verifying that the applicant meets the requirements of the admision regulations for transcripts from foreign educational systems. Document in Spanish / Document in English
8. Document certifying the equivalence of average grades from university studies abroad from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport (MECD). 
9. Sworn statement of not having obtained official validation or equivalence certification for their official academic university qualification in Spain. Document in Spanish / Document in English

Documents issued abroad must meet the following requirements:

• They must be official and issued by the authorities with the power to do so, according to the legislation of the country concerned.
• They must have been legalized by diplomatic channels, or by the Apostille of the Hague Convention if applicable. This requirement does not apply to documents issued by the authorities of the Member States of the European Union or signatories to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
• They must be accompanied by the official translation into Catalan or Spanish where appropiate. 
  • Documents relating to studies in the Faculty of Economic and Business, the Faculty of Medicine and life sciences, the Faculty of Translation and language sciences and the Faculty of Humanities, may be submitted in English.
  • Documents relating to studies in the Faculty of Law, documents in English will be accepted for applications to the profile "Bachelor of Laws (common law)".

Students with personal situations that allow you to enjoy discounts on the amount of the place reservation payment:

• Students membres of a special category large family
• Students with a mínimum disability of 33%
• Students victims of gender-based violence
• Students victims of acts of terorism

You must submit your application via the Online Office. Before starting, please check the application dates and make sure you have all the mandatory documents and a credit/debit card. The admissions team will not review any applications with missing mandatory documents.

To apply, you must:

1. Fill out the online form with your personal and academic details.
2. Upload the required documents for admission (.pdf, .doc, .jpg, .gif, .txt, .rtf, 9MB maximum).
3. Pay the €54.54 application fee (non-refundable) by credit or debit card.

Students submitting more than one application for registration must pay the public price for each application.

The amounts payable by students have been approved by the Board of Trustees for the University's Centres and do not give rise to any discount.

Your application will only be processed if we have received the application fee and all the mandatory documents.

Failure to pay the establishes public price or failure to present proof of payment of the registration within the period corresponding to the application is a reason for non-admission of the application.

These amounts and their means of payment by students at affiliated centres should be consulted on the website of the centre concerned.

The registration and documentation will be considered.  Check the status of registration on the dates indicated in the calendar to see if it has benn valited.
