Budgetary and regulatory policy, economic effects of public income based on the realities of western tax frameworks (contributors) and of payment for public services supplied (rates and public prices for users), of the different modalities of expenditure (from direct to contracted public production or that based on transfers and vouchers), in respect of different programmes (of unemployment, of fighting poverty, educational, health, etc.).
