Gino A. Gancia and Nicola Gennaioli, two professors of UPF’s Department of Economics and Business and researchers of the Research Centre for International Economics (CREI), have been awarded a Starting Grant from the European Research Council.Every Starting Grant awarded receives on average 1.5 million euros per project, up to a maximum of 2 million.
