Awards for open research data for doctoral students 2026 

UPF is calling three awards of 2,000 euros targeting students who manage open research data in their thesis. The goal of these prizes is to promote open science among all junior researchers and to encourage the use of infrastructures and support services for open science.  Application from 7 April to 30 June. Further information

Fabra doctoral awards 2026

In order to promote the use of Catalan in the field of research, knowledge transfer and scientific dissemination, the UPF will award the annual Fabra doctoral awards for the Best Contributions in Research, Transfer and Dissemination in Catalan.

Master's Final Project Awards 2026

In order to promote the use of Catalan as an academic and research language and to stimulate this use, the UPF will award the annual Awards for the Best Master's Final Project written in Catalan at the UPF.
