Within the framework of internationalization of the University, the Faculty has established an agreement with the Toulouse School of Economics (TSE), which approves the double degree Toulouse School of Economics (TSE) - Degree in Economics (UPF).

This agreement is a unique opportunity for our Economics students in that, as they study in their fourth year at the TSE, to at the end of the program obtain the License and Maîtrise 1 (first year masters) degrees from the University of Toulouse in addition to their UPF Degree in Economics, and therefore access to the second year of master's degree at the TSE.

Likewise, the students of the TSE at the end of the program will obtain the titles of License and Maîtrise 1 of the University of Toulouse in addition to the Degree in Economics of the UPF.

The double degree was implemented in 2015-16 with 2 places. Students must complete 60 credits in an academic year at the destination university and meet the requirements set out in the program's report in order to obtain a double degree.

To participate in the program, you must apply within the framework of the general program of International Mobility and apply for a place in the first trimester of the 3rd year, as if it were an exchange, so that you enjoy Erasmus+ scholarships. It is only for third-year Economics students (for the fourth year's stay) and a prior interview with the Exchange Coordinator is required. Given the high quantitative content of the TSE subjects, it is important to have a good level of math and econometrics and it is advisable to take some MQA elective in the third year (such as Real Analysis, Linear Algebra and Dynamic Systems or Applied Econometrics).

It is very important to pass all the third year subjects at UPF before making the exchange.

The TFG of the UPF may be performed during the stay following the syllabus of the subject. The TSE will be able to carry out company work placements.

 

In the Bachelor's Degree in Ciències Empresarials–Management, students can enroll in programs consisting of a set of elective subjects that offer specific training in certain functional areas of the company.

Participation in these programs will be recognized with a certificate of completion, which will be issued by the Academic Office upon the student's request via CAU.

This certificate of completion does not appear on the diploma nor on the official academic transcript.
