Spanish courses for UPF members

Course details

  • Contact hour and type of course: 45 face-to-face contact hours (75 teaching-learning hours)
  • Quarterly calendar: October-December / January-March / April-June
  • ECTS credits: Up to 3 ECTS credits. To obtain credits for extracurricular activities, you will need to be awarded a certificate and send it to your academic coordinator at your home university (FAQ).
  • UPF Certificate: Certificate with level CEFR consolidated
  • Number of students per group: 10 minimum; 30 maximum

Who can enrol

ONLY UPF COMUNITY MEMBERS ARE ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND THESE COURSES.

IMPORTANT: If you are a student or a worker of the UPF Group (BSM, ELISAVA, BGSE, ESCI, ESIM, IBEI and/or TCM, and some PRBB profiles), we regret to inform you that you have no access to these courses. If you wish to learn Spanish, you can enroll on the Spanish Program.

Idiomes UPF will check that all applicants are eligible to attend the course. Otherwise, Idiomes UPF will have no other option but to withdraw the applicant from the course.

 

Entry requirements

You can enrol directly on the level you think you have to take. In order to confirm your enrollment on a level higher than A1, you will have to demonstrate your level by:

We will confirm your enrollment on the course once you have demonstrated your level and if necessary, we will change the level you have initially selected.

 

Subsidized fee for the UPF Community members: €90

  • The price of the courses includes the teaching, the necessary material to track the course and the certificate UPF of the course.
  • Idiomes UPF reserves the right to cancel any course if the minimum required (10) is not reached. In this case, the fee for the course would be refunded.
  • If the student decides to leave the course, please note that under no circumstances will the fee for the course be refunded. Only if Idiomes UPF cancel a course because the minimum required (10) is not reached, will the full fee for the course be refunded.
