Catalan C1 courses offered in 2023-2024
- Duration: 30 hours (75 hours of education-learning)
- Modality: most of the editions are online live courses, but some of them are also offered face-to-face at UPF
- UPF Certificate: Certified UPF assistive at the course
- Number of students per group: 10 minimum; 22 maximum
- Who can enrol: Everyone over the age of 18
Course objectives
- To acquire the necessary skills to successfully complete the Catalan C1 CIFALC exam.
- To work on different strategies to obtain good results in all the different parts of the exam.
- To improve your written and oral expression through structured practice of official C1 exam and activities.
- To review the most difficult aspects of Catalan Grammar.
2023-2024 editions and schedules
Entry requirements:
You can enrol on the course directly. In order to confirm your enrollment, you will need to prove that you have consolidated the previous level (C1.1 CEFR). You can prove your level by:
- sending a certificate to [email protected]
- taking a free virtual level test
Price
Standard fee: €260
Subsidized fee for UPF Community members: €60
UPF teaching and research staff: this course will be free in order for them to certify their C1 level in Catalan language.
Conditions
- The fee includes the teaching, the additional material and the UPF course certificate.
- The price does not include the tax of the official examination CIFALC.
- If you decide to leave the course, you will have to send us an email to ask for a refund before the course starts. Otherwise, the fee for the course won’t be refunded. The fee for the subsidized course will not be refunded under no circumstances. If a course must be cancelled because the minimum number of participants required (10) is not reached, the full fee for the course will be refunded in all cases.
IMPORTANT: If you are a student or a worker of UPF Group (BSM, ELISAVA, GSE, IBEI, ESCI, ESIM, PRBB, TCM, etc.) you must pay the full fee for the course with no subsidy, which is €260. Idiomes UPF will check that all applicants have paid the correct fee for the course. Otherwise, Idiomes UPF will claim or refund the corresponding amount to the student in each case.
