How to do the self-enrollment the year that you will do mobility?
- You only need to enroll the credits you will take in the UPF.

DO NOT enroll elective credits or mandatory subjects from your curriculum that you will study abroad.
Attention! If you apply for the Ministry's General Grant, you must prepare the Learning Agreement at the beginning of the academic year and send it to [email protected] so that we enroll you the rest of the mobility credits from secretary.

What language level must be proved to apply for an exchange place?
When the student apply for an exchange place, he/she must prove the language knowledge of the country where the study stay will take place. Some universities set special requirements for accepting students: Check the agreements proposed in each course
How do you have to make the Learning agreement?
When the place has been allocated and before leaving, the student must make a Learning Agreement. It is formalized through Secretaria virtual, and it must be approved by the mobility coordinator and a copy must be send to [email protected]

How many credits do I have to enroll each term/semester?
It must be taken and passed the same number of credit of the academic period corresponding to the stay (minimum 15 ECTS per term/semester), respecting, in any case, what the each degree curriculum establishes. If this is not the case, the student must reimburse the finantial aid received.
At the FCSV the curriculum provides for 16 at the host university, which are computed as elective credits when the student finishes the stay.
For the medicine students enrolled in the 2020 curriculum (who start their studis in 2019-20 academic year), the curriculum provides 14 elective credits, but to have the Erasmus grant, at least 15 credits ECTS must be taken at the host university.
What can I do If I don't pass a subject at the host university?
All the subjects of the Learning Agreement will be included, the passed and the failed ones. A remedial exam is possible at the host university. It's not possible to repeat it at UPF in the same academic year.
How the subjects will be graded on the return (Erasmus and Bilateral Agreements)??
Send the grades to [email protected]. The grade will be turn into UPF system (1-10), according to table of equivalences between countries.
And If I have to do remedial exams of failed exams at UPF?
It is not provided the posibility to do final or remedial exams in alternative dates.
Mobility grade for Medicine clinical internship
Your mobility grade is calculated as follows:

70%: grade given by the externa tutor according to de assessment document that it must have been handed to the secretary at the end of the stay. If the grade is less than 5 or the tutor reports that the student haven't had an appropiate profesional behavior, the credits will not be recognized.

30%: when the student have returned, he/she may request an interview with an specialist appointed by the coordinator, who will evaluate the experience and knowledges accquired by the student. If the interview is not requested, the maximum posible grade will be 7.

Send the Learning Agreement, the final Learing Agreement and the grades. The secretary office will enroll the subjects of the Learning Agreement.
Contact with Mobility and Welcome Office (OMA) for:
Mobility call. Certificate of arrival and end of the stay. Procedures at the host university. Resignations. Grants. acommodation advices, visa, insurance, etc.
