- Shared-use desktop computers: computers in computer rooms and the Library.
- Requests made to La Factoría: incidents and requests dealt with through the CAU and on the telephone.
- Requests made to the PIE: incidents and requests, like administrative procedures, dealt with through the CAU, on the telephone or in person.
- Requests made to the IT Service: incidents and requests dealt with through the CAU (User Support Centre).
- Journals: printed and in electronic format.
