Multiplier Event in Augmented Assessment was successfully held in Valladolid

The Augmented Assessment project was presented in Valladolid on July 12th as part of its multiplication and dissemination actions. The event was hosted by Valladolid University and presented by the researchers Davinia Hernández-Leo and Khadija El Aadmi from TIDE, UPF. The event saw the participation of 40 teachers and researchers from the Spanish universities UV, URJC, and UC3M.

The event kicked off with a warm welcome and introduction to the Augmented Assessment project, its innovative products, and results. The session was followed by hands-on training to use the Augmented Assessment Library, enabling attendees to explore the practical applications of augmented reality technology. Participants had the opportunity to gain firsthand experience in utilizing the Augmented Assessment resources and discuss its applications in teaching and learning scenarios.

As part of the closure activity, a plenary discussion allowed teachers and researchers to exchange ideas and perspectives about how Augmented Assessment can enhance teaching and assessment methods, particularly in the setting of migrant children who have not acquired the country's language. The participants expressed their enthusiasm for integrating Augmented Assessment in their respective educational contexts, acknowledging its potential to attend diverse populations.
