When completing your application, it's important to note any disabilities, specific learning difficulties, or medical conditions to ensure that UPF's facilities and services align with your requirements.

How to Request Accommodations & Academic Adjustments

To request academic accommodations, upload a Certificate or Verification Letter of Accommodations from the Disability Services of your home university in the designated field during your application to UPF International Programs.

Only if you have already been admitted and can no longer access your application, request an Accommodations & Academic Adjustments Request Form from our team via email. All requests must be informed before the start of teaching.

Submit only the Certificate or Verification Letter of Accommodations from your home university. Do not include medical receipts or any other sensitive data.

The UPF Inclusion website has accessibility maps for each building in every campus.

All students who submit the Voluntary Disclosure of a Disability & Accommodation Request Form must consent to share information with selected members of staff and teams within the University in order to receive support.

All students have a right to confidentiality under the Data Protection Act, so after giving your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. However, you should take into account that this will impact the support you receive, as it will result in staff being unaware of your needs.

You will be required to submit an Accommodations Verification Letter from the Disability Service office by your home institution as a supporting document at the end of the form.
