Description 

The Personal Academic Transcript (CAP) is an official document that reflects the academic information on your transcript of records.

The CAP involves the payment of the corresponding administrative fees established by the Decree on prices, which sets the prices of academic services in the public universities of Catalonia for each academic year.

Throughout the academic year.

 Procedure

You can request your Personal Academic Transcript (CAP) by sending an email to the Postgraduate and Doctorate Studies Service ([email protected]):

  • Remember to specify the language in which you want to receive the certificate: Catalan, Spanish, or English.
  • Within approximately 7 days, the Office of Postgraduate and Doctorate Studies will send you the certificate by email.

Discounts:

  • Large family card - general category: 13,63 €
  • Large family card - specific category: no fee (free of charge)
  • Student with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%: no fee (free of charge)
  • Student victim of gender violence (dependent sons and daughters): no fee (free of charge)
  • Student victim of terrorist acts (spouse, dependent children): no fee (free)
