We use the Invitrogen Qubit Fluorometer (ThermoFisher Scientific) or the  Detection Paradigm platform (Beckman) for DNA quantification with Picogreen.

We use the Bioanalyzer or the TapeStation equipments (Agilent) for DNA and RNA quantification and quality control.

We use qPCR for library quantification and validation for next generation sequencing with Illumina.
