DNA, RNA and NGS libraries Quality control

Ensure the success of your downstream applications. We provide rapid RNA/DNA integrity analysis (RIN/DIN) and precise quantification using industry-standard Agilent TapeStation 4200 and Invitrogen Qubit platforms.

We use the Invitrogen Qubit Fluorometer (ThermoFisher Scientific) or the  Detection Paradigm platform (Beckman) for DNA quantification with Picogreen.

We use the TapeStation 4200 (Agilent) for DNA, RNA and NGS libraries for quantification and quality control.

We use qPCR for library quantification and validation for next generation sequencing.
