The NextSeq 500 System presents a high flexibility allowing to optimize runs to a wide variety of experiments, including sequencing of whole exomes and trasncriptomes, gene panels and small or medium genomes. Up to 96 or even more samples can be multiplexed. This sequencer can produce up to 120Gb of data, generating up to 400 million of sequences with 2x150 bp read lenghts.
