The Illumina MiSeq equipment is an ideal tool for gene panel, targeted trasncriptome, ChIP-sequencing, small RNA sequencing, metagenomics, or small genomes sequencing. This desktop sequencer can produce up to 15 Gb of data, generating 25 million of sequences with 2x300 bp read lenghts.
