She is the principal investigator of a research project on “Economic and Social Constitutionalism: New Challenges for the Rule of Law in the EU”, which is a continuation of a previous project on the constitutional impact of European economic governance. She has also participated in several projects funded by the European Commission as UPF coordinator. She is an external member of the Centre for Judicial Cooperation of the European University Institute (Florence) and has served as an external advisor to the European Parliament’s Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs.

In the area of management, she has been deputy director of the Department of Law, coordinator of the Doctoral Programme in Law, and is currently responsible for the educational model of the EUTOPIA Project.
