Functions

The Equipment, Supplies and General Services Section manages the acquisition, conservation, inventory and control of property, furniture and other equipment, other than computer equipment; and manages general services such as cleaning, reception of buildings from the central units, transport and internal mail, courier services, reprography, catering, office material and any others the University might need.
