The mission of the Rector’s Office is to assist the rector and provide her with direct support. In addition, under the guidelines of the rector, it shall coordinate, promote and evaluate University communication and institutional relations, institutional promotion and international strategy activities. It shall also undertake to support actions for strategic planning, institutional evaluation, internal and external certification of the quality of its activity and the development of electronic administration.

The Rector’s Secretarial Services is the administrative unit that supports the Rector’s Office.
Born in Barcelona in 1991, she graduated in Political and Administration Sciences from Pompeu Fabra University. She is currently studying a master's degree in Public Administration (Leadership and Public Management specialisation) at the University of Leiden (Netherlands) and she took the Vicens Vives programme at ESADE, in 2019.
She has spent most of her professional career in public and government institutions. Her experience as chief of staff of Foreign Action, Transparency and Institutional Relations, in 2018, and later as coordinator of territorial projects at Barcelona City Council, are most notable.
Between 2013 and 2016 she carried out several tasks at Pompeu Fabra University. On the one hand, as a strategic planning technician, within the scope of the Project, Studies and Quality Unit and under the UPF Strategic Plan 2016-2025 project. She also provided support to the rector’s delegate for students, assisting the governing team of rector Jaume Casals in relations with the students and student associations.
At the same time, since 2014 she has been an adjunct lecturer at the UPF Department of Political and Social Sciences, where she has taught subjects related to the field of public management and political communication. She has also collaborated as an opinion-maker in media such as TV3 and RAC1.
