The Center for Learning, Innovation and Knowledge (CLIK) is set up as a specialized university service and is generally coordinated by the vice-rector for innovation projects.

Administrative coordination and coordination with the general manager is carried out via La Factoria, a service affiliated to the Library.

The Center for Learning Innovation and Knowledge (CLIK) undertakes the following functions:

a) To promote, encourage and support teaching innovation and pedagogical reform actions among teachers to improve the effectiveness of educational models.

b) To organize and implement teacher training plans, both initial and continuing training, to meet the needs of the University.

c) To provide pedagogical advisory services on any aspect of teaching, aimed at the governing bodies, academic coordination units, centres and academic or administrative units and teaching staff.

d) To provide support in teaching innovation projects whose scope, characteristics or cross-disciplinary nature, are of institutional and strategic interest.

e) To advise the management teams of academic coordination units, in terms of innovation and educational improvement.

f) To contribute to educational initiatives aimed at improving academic performance and the employability of students and, in particular, the full adaptation of students to university life, tutoring and monitoring of the learning process.

g) To encourage participation in competitive calls to attract external resources within their scope.

h) To establish links between teaching and research in order to establish a transfer of enrichment and complementarity between them.

i) To carry out any others assigned to it according to UPF rules.
