Certifying exams enrollment

How to register for a certifying exam: PCCL

YOU CAN REGISTER ON THE EXAM DIRECTLY IF:

  • You have studied at Idiomes UPF before, you are a UPF undergraduate student or if you are a UPF Erasmus student.
  • You have already formalized your enrollment on a Master or Doctoral program at the UPF.

ATTENTION! If you are a student or a worker of the UPF Group (BSM, ELISAVA, ESCI, ESIM, IBEI, PRBB and/or TCM) you will have to register on the application “secretaria virtual” before enrolling on the course.

ENROLLMENT


YOU MUST REGISTER ON THE APPLICATION SYSTEM BEFORE ENROLLING ON THE EXAM IF:

  • You have NOT studied at Idiomes UPF before
  • You are NOT a UPF student
  • You have NOT formalized your enrollment on a Master or Doctoral program at the UPF yet.
  • You are a student or a worker of the UPF Group (BSM, ELISAVA, ESCI, ESIM, IBEI, PRBB and/or TCM)
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Please note that after the registration, you must go to ENROLLMENT

 

Information on how to access ‘Secretaria Virtual’

User: it’s your NIE, passport number, or Spanish ID. The document you used when you first enrolled at the UPF.

Password: your date of birth (format ddmmyyyy) or the one you have chosen. If you do not remember your password, the system allows you to restore it.

 

Once you have entered the application:

  1. On the menu situated on the left of the screen you will select LANGUAGE LEVEL TEST REGISTRATION. A new window will be shown where you must choose ACCREDITATION EXAM (PCCL I UPFLUENT) and click on NEW REGISTRATION.
  2. Check your personal details and if everything is correct, click on aceptar.
  3. On the next screen, choose the language and the date you wish to take the exam and click on aceptar until you reach the payment section.
  4. Make the payment online via credit or debit card.
  5. Once you have finished the enrolment, you will receive an email with the Full de matrícula attached.

Important information:

  • It is not possible to take more than 3 PCCL exam of the same language in the same academic year.
  • According to UPF’s refund policy, the fee for the accreditation exams cannot be refunded.
