Purpose and recipients of the grant
These scholarships are intended to help final year undergraduate or first year official master’s degree students in different university departments, under the compatibility standards with the studies they are taking. In addition, the student will receive aid of 2,000 euros.

Documents for submission
The collaboration grant must be applied for directly via the application form of the Ministry, in accordance with the procedure established in the call.
Please note that during the MEFP online application process, you will need to download a PDF with the project summary sheet to submit to the department where you wish to collaborate, so that it can be evaluated and rated. This document must be uploaded to the online office of the MEFP. Without this step, the application will not be properly submitted.
The project will focus on one of the Department’s lines of research and must have a complementary training impact on one of the competences associated with core or compulsory subjects to obtain the degree that the student is taking. It must describe the roles that will be undertaken during the collaboration, as well as the employment status and the schedule that the intern will have to fulfil.
Once the application has been submitted to the MEFP with the project summary sheet, you must send the following to the Academic Management Service ([email protected]), within the established period:
- Copy of the application
- Copy of the project summary sheet
- Personal academic certification (only in the case of having completed part of the studies at a university other than UPF). If, on the other hand, they have been taken at UPF, it will not be necessary to provide this documentation.
Academic requisites
To be eligible for the collaboration scholarship, the following requirements must be met: the applicant must be enrolled in a UPF centre (students enrolled in affiliated centres are excluded).
Features
The collaboration scholarship can only be obtained in a single academic year and only once, it will only be compatible with general scholarships for the 2023-2024 academic year.
The beneficiary of the scholarship will have to collaborate 3 hours a day for 7 and a half months, starting from the date of joining the corresponding destination.
