How long will my application take place to be processed?

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have submitted all of the required supporting documents, including references, and that they meet the specified requirements and format in time for the deadline for which you are applying. Otherwise, your application may not be assessed by the department for the deadline.

You can check the status of your reference letters by logging into your application account. The status of each reference will be indicated in the referee section of the form.

My application status is listed as incomplete, but I have submitted all of the required materials.

An application status of "incomplete" is an administrative notation. Due to the large volume of applications we receive, your application might take a few days to be checked by the admissions team. You will receive an email alert each time your application status is updated.

What happens if my application is not complete by the deadline?

Incomplete applications will be denied. If you want to be considered in the next round please contact admissions to complete your application at [email protected].

I have not been admitted, can I apply again?

If you wish to be considered again, contact admissions to improve your candidacy with new documentation at[email protected].

Do I need to provide proof of my language level?

Each programme is subject to specific admission requirements. If you need to provide proof of your language level you will need to present a valid language certificate. If you want to be exempted from accrediting a language because you are a native speaker or you have studied in that language, it is necessary for you to upload a brief letter justifying the reasons why you request to be exempted from this requirement.
