The Erasmus+ grants programme fosters international mobility by allowing UPF professors to gain teaching experience outside of Spain. Teaching stays can last up to five days and they can be carried out in any university or European institution with a UPF agreement. Amounts vary from 75€ to 120€ a day.

The Erasmus+ Programme can be enjoyed in two modalities:

1. Teaching stays in an international higher education institution
2. Learning stays in public or private organizations in the industry

The following UPF professors and researchers can apply for an Erasmus+ grant:

• Professors with a valid UPF contract during the time of the mobility
• Professors with assigned courses in any of UPF's official studies

In order to apply for this grant, you need to prepare the following documents and submit them to any of the UPF's General Registrars, according to the calendar below:

• Application form and mobility proposal (in Catalan) duly filled and signed
• Brief CV with relevant teaching aspects
• Acceptance letter by the hosting university
• B2 or higher language certification
• If available, reference to supplementary actions of complementary financing

2016-2017 Call for grants: the Erasmus+ call awards yearly a certain number of grants allocated in batches. Grants not awarden in one batch are automatically transferred to the next batch. Batches are published according to a specific calendar. 

2016-2017 Erasmus+ allocated grants (in Catalan):

• 1st batch: Resolution of awarded grants. 28 July 2016
• 2nd batch: Resolution of awarded grants. 16 December 2016
• 3rd batch: Resolution of awarded grants. 20 March 2017

Applications are now open for the 4th batch (2 grants available), according to the calendar below:

• Submission of applications: from 18/04/2017 to 28/04/2017 via UPF’s General Registrar.
• Publication of the provisional list of admitted and excluded candidates: 03/05/2017
• Amendments and claims: 08/05/2017 al 19/05/2017
• Publication of the final list of successful applications: 24/05/2017
• Publication of the final grants resolution: 09/06/2017
